Our next class will begin on October 8, 2024. The first class will include a brief Orientation. Classes will be held on Tuesdays from 5:30 p.m.– 8:30 p.m. The registration deadline is October 4, 2024.

This is an intense, fast paced, 100% online class with 20+ hours of instruction plus online coursework. All sessions are mandatory. The instruction that you receive completes all requirements necessary to register to take the Brokers Exam for the State of Illinois. (60-hour Topics & 15-hour Interactive - IDFPR licensed courses 513001986 and 513001606) You would be able to register to take your Brokers Exam after the completion of this course and would be able to begin your career selling real estate!

Early bird registration is $395.00 if completed by 10/4/2024. The cost for the class after 10/4/2024 is $495.00. Once you commit to take the class, we will send you a PayPal link and you can pay online using a credit card. We also accept checks or cash payments. Please make checks payable to: Licensing and Training – RE/MAX Realty Associates. You will have online access to all material. Traditional textbooks are not required but will be available as an option for an additional charge.

Our class is 100% remote using Zoom and the EIU D2L remote platform, which offers students the opportunity to learn from a team of successful practitioners: Matt Difanis and Max McComb. Both are high producing, full-time real estate brokers. Driven by a genuine desire to give aspiring licensees the best possible combination of license exam preparation, quality instruction, they joined forces to give students the benefit of their combined practical experience and diverse backgrounds.

Our next class will begin on September 26, 2023. The first class will include a brief Orientation. Classes will be held on Tuesdays from 5:30 p.m.– 8:30 p.m. The registration deadline is September 22, 2023.

This is an intense, fast paced, 100% online class with 20+ hours of instruction plus online coursework. All sessions are mandatory. The instruction that you receive completes all requirements necessary to register to take the Brokers Exam for the State of Illinois. You would be able to register to take your Brokers Exam after the completion of this course and would be able to begin your career selling real estate!

You must register for a student ID number at http://www.schedule.psiexams.com/, which is the testing service that handles the Illinois Real Estate Broker’s exam program.

Online portals will be introduced at the orientation. Your student ID will be required for you to begin that night.
