The SRS is conferred by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) and is an official credential of the National Association of REALTORS®. Dawn joins an elite group of real estate professionals from around the world who have earned the SRS designation. All were required to successfully complete comprehensive coursework in seller representation, demonstrate significant seller representation experience and expertise, and subscribe to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics.

Dawn is also a certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE)

🏠 Small surrounding town of C-U with either 3 bedrooms or 2 bedrooms and a bonus space, garage would be great but not a m is at have, and around $125k
🏠 Southwest Champaign with a basement, either 2.5 car garage or 3 is preferred, and under 290k
🏠 St Joseph or Ogden ranch and under $175k
🏠 Piece of land to build just a shed or land with a shed already in Champaign or Piatt County and around $100k
