Spending a week on the North Shore of Lake Superior gave me a chance to check out some cool investment opportunities. Properties offering short term rentals with Lake frontage are highly sought after by vacationers, and can create some terrific cash flow opportunities. I visited three very different styles of accommodation, all offering a distinct vacation experience.
1. A 3 bed condo on Burlington Bay, just outside Two Harbors - priced at 420K.
2. A single family, modern design, recently built home on Hwy 61 with a private beach valued at 700K
3. A 4 bed town house next to Cove Point Lodge with an estimated value of 650K.
With rental prices starting at 275/day and climbing to over 400/day in summer, these properties have great long term potential for passive income and equity building.
