Big day today. Closed on my Newton Ave property. Had it for sale last July and sat there for 3 months. Not even one low bar offer. Converted it to Aibnb and made some money even though winter months are not ideal for Airbnb. Put it back on the market in Feb and got multiple offers. It sold $20k over asking price. Being adaptable pays off.
