This adorable house is no longer available! 🙌 My friend and former co-worker called me for help, so naturally, I jumped at the chance to help her! She was ready to buy her OWN house for her and her pups 🐕 🐕 and boy did we find her the right one!

This one was the very first home we stepped into together. We accidentally surprised the seller rushing to get out the door as we walked in. She was in a hurry, yet we couldn't get her to go. 🤣 She stayed and shared some key information with us about the house, not to mention some cheese and strawberry danishes that she made herself that were so yummy!🥴

Ultimately, the listing agent and I were able to work out a clean offer that accommodated both the seller's needs AND (most importantly for me) the buyer's needs. 🥰 Just a couple more weeks and she will be moving into her new 🏠 💜

So grateful for the friends, family and clients that trust me to help them accomplish their home goals!

I can't believe that Maceo, my Sugar Baby, will be starting high school in less than a year! 😭 Time is a thief, and I have no idea how we got here already, but here we are. He wanted to tour the school his brother graduated from last year, as have many of his friends from his current school. Time will tell what he/we decide to do, ultimately. Whatever he chooses, he'll be amazing at it! So proud of this kid and how passionate he is!
