We currently have a cozy, remodeled studio apartment for rent. This unit rents for $500.00 per month with a $500.00 deposit.

Tenant paid utilities are electric, which is through OG&E. The complex pays gas, water and trash service as part of your rent.

We do not accept any pets*, and the unit is non-smoking.

*ESA and Service animals are accepted with documentation and vet records, without fees. (We do not accept documentation from the internet).

All apartments require a background check (we accept some criminal backgrounds dependent upon the criminal background and length of time since conviction).

NO PETS! We do accept service animals and emotional support animals with proper local documentation and all proper vet records, without weight or breed restrictions.

We have a three-bedroom apartment for rent. It rents for $650.00 per month with a $500.00 deposit.

We will have a four-bedroom apartment downstairs coming available soon, once available, it will rent for $750.00 per month with a $500.00 deposit.

We will also have a four-bedroom apartment upstairs coming available for rent soon. Once available, it will rent for $725.00 per month, with a $500.00 deposit.

We require criminal background checks, although a criminal background will not necessarily bar you from renting, we look at the crime, and the length of time since conviction, as well as any criminal history since the conviction. Evictions, however, will bar you from renting as will non-disclosure of convictions.

Absolutely no smoking is allowed in the units. No pets, although we do accept emotional support animals and service animals without breed restrictions (we require local documentation, and up-to-date veterinarian shot records).

We do not allow pets or smoking in this unit. We require an approved application for all adults renting or staying in the unit. There is a $35.00 non-refundable application fee per adult. We accept some criminal backgrounds, depending on the charge and the length of time since conviction.
