The pandemic really helped me put my life in perspective..

HOUSED it going so far in 2022?
👆🏼See what I did there?? 😛

It’s been 7 months since I launched our new brand, Housed.com. The truth is, there’s been a lot of good, and there’s been a lot of challenges.

THE GOOD 👍🏼
I’ve added some awesome new team members like .azrealtor .az Hoping to have a couple more great additions soon. The brand is starting to gain traction and get recognition within the industry. We’ve also had some fun marketing/branding campaigns on bus stops and billboards 🤟🏼

THE CHALLENGES 👎🏼
The market shifted (nice word for losing value) starting in March. This shift came quick and it came strong. We went from 4,500 active listings to 18,500 active listings in 4 months. We also saw a big drop in demand as rates rose and the summer heat drove a lot of people out of town. All this to say, it’s been a challenging year in real estate. For everyone.

Going forward, we’re going to think about and prioritize only what we can control. Effort, action, attitude, and value. The rest is out of our hands.
