Each closing is so unique and has its own story. This one was a journey of faith and drawing closer to the Lord. Their goal was to get back home to another state ASAP! We met an unbelievable amount of obstacles. As the journey unfolded we became more than Realtor/clients, we became friends!! The amount of grace the Welch’s showed during an extremely stressful situation spoke volumes about their relationship and trust in God. We ended up having two more cash buyers waiting for the deal to fall through. It did close and I am so blessed to have been with them through the ups and downs. They are currently en route to the mountains, their home! Carla just sent me a picture of the cross they just passed on the Interstate. One of many signs God sent us through this journey. Showing us He was and IS in control every step of the way!! 🙏🏻🫶🏼 Hope you both get to enjoy a Swedish Fika soon!! 😁

We had an exceptionally smooth process for this Tyler home. We set goals and met them easily. It lasted 7 days on the market. 😊 This home was super special for us because it was where we met for the first time. He was 6 and I was 9. It was when my dad met his mom, 40 years ago. It was where we fought over who got to pick the movie and then our parents made us watch an old black and white movie. Neither of us got our way. 😂 It’s when Nintendo came out and we would stay up late to play Mario and Zelda! It’s also where I would watch Ryan and sometimes play G.I. Joe’s with him. He was obsessed and would have all kinds of war scenarios going on that I didnt understand. Little did I know, at the time, that it was setting him up to be a Captain in the Marines! We also got into trouble there, but Im not telling those stories on Facebook. Lol!!

We hope it makes the next owner as happy as it did us. 🫶🏼
