Real estate horror story 😳

We took our buyers to see a home they were interested in purchasing. The seller had a tenant who still lived there and insisted on being present for the showing.

From our conversation, it seemed like he was doing everything he could to sabotage the sale.

Then karma showed up.

Let’s just say he got caught off guard by a very embarrassing surprise on the bathroom floor. 🤢

I’ve officially seen too much.

On a serious note, if you’re selling a tenant-occupied property, tenants can absolutely impact showings and sometimes even sabotage a sale if they don’t want to move.

Having the right strategy in place before listing can make all the difference.

The barbecues, the laughter, the time with family… it all exists because of their sacrifice.
