📣We're Hiring: Onboarding Manager📣

Join the Barrett Real Estate team!

We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Onboarding Manager to help welcome and support our new agents from day one. If you enjoy keeping things organized, working with multiple systems, and creating a great first impression, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Manage the new agent onboarding process from start to finish
Set up agents in company systems and platforms
Coordinate onboarding communications and orientation
Prepare and send onboarding documents for e-signature
Work closely with our broker, accounting, marketing, transaction, and closing departments
Ensure every new agent has a smooth and successful start at Barrett Real Estate

What We're Looking For:

Strong organizational and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Real estate or administrative experience is a plus

Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)

Pay:
$22–$25 per hour, depending on experience

Full-Time Dialer — Real Estate Recruiting at Barrett Financial

📍 Chandler, AZ

Summary:
Barrett Real Estate is seeking a full-time Dialer to generate and qualify leads for real estate agent recruitment. If you’re persistent, comfortable on the phone, and driven by targets, join us to help build one of the fastest growing brokerages in Arizona.

What you’ll do:
• Make 80–120 outbound calls/day to prospective real estate agents and team leads
• Deliver scripted and conversational outreach to set qualified recruiting appointments
• Qualify leads (motivation, timeline, production, team size)
• Log calls, outcomes, and notes accurately in CRM
• Follow up via SMS/email when needed
• Hit weekly/monthly appointment and contact targets
• Collaborate with recruiters to transfer warm leads and support campaigns
• Daily training to help hit weekly and monthly goals

What we’re looking for:
• 2+ year outbound calling or inside-sales experience (real estate experience a plus)
• Confident, persuasive phone presence and strong listening skills
• Comfortable with scripts but able to adapt conversationally
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., Lofty, On Task, Go High Level)
• Metrics-driven, reliable attendance, coachable attitude
• Based in or able to work in Chandler, AZ

Compensation & Perks:
• $20–$22/hour plus performance bonuses (commission for appointments/hires)
• Full-time (40 hours/week)
