🥰Today I want to say thank you…

To God, my friends, family, clients that become family, partners and more.

I’ve been feeling extra emotional(pregnant) with all these amazing opportunities that have come my way lately!

Seeing my clients sooo excited to be making new moves for their family just warms my heart more than you could guess! I’m the agent that cry’s the tears of joy with you! Even cry’s the tears of disappointment with bumps in the road happen.

I’m not like other agents, I fully care about my clients!

👋🏼 Hold my coffee…are you a home buyer? Follow along for some important tips. ☕️

⚫️Save any extra money you have. In this crazy sellers market, you want to have as much cash as possible. This will give you more buying power when it comes to a multi offer situation.

⚫️ Do not open ANY new lines of credit or spend on current credit cards. This could cause issues with your loan! Wait until after closing to make any changes to credit.

⚫️ Do not leave a job, switch jobs or take time off. This shows a lender a lot of red flags 🚩 Which could cause a denial for a home loan.

⚫️ Don’t make large purchases!! The new appliances can wait until after the move. Another red flag 🚩 to a lender we don’t want to cause.

Always be sure to ask your Realtor or lender before doing anything! Always safer to ask! That’s what we’re here for!
