Hello Residential Property Managers -

Firebird Housing is a Property Management company located in the East Valley of Phoenix and we are currently in need for a Single Family Property Manager for the Phoenix Metro area. We have unfurnished single family homes that we manage and we need a licensed Real Estate Agent to be our new Property Manager! Our company has been established for over 20 years but we need someone with experience! We provide excellent customer service to our clients and residents. This position is available currently however you must be qualified to apply. Our business structure is different then most, our Property Managers mostly only work with the Owners of properties and do not work with the residents, nor the maintenance that revolves around them. Our Property Managers focus on giving superior customer service to the Owner. With our structure, our Property Managers have a "life" after work without having to deal with all the maintenance requirements etc. Come check us out!

To be qualified you must:
1) Be an active licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Arizona. (Please do not apply if you are not)
2) Be friendly, eager and have lots of energy
3) Be familiar with Landlord / Tenant relations
4) Be SUPERIOR at returning phone calls and customer service
5) Be a quick learner
6) Apartment Managers are welcome to apply as long as you are a licensed agent with the State of Arizona.
7) Be willing to drive to properties throughout the Valley periodically and have a reliable source of transportation.
