THIN MINT CONSPIRACY THEORY CONFIRMED. šŸŖ

I kept seeing reels claiming the Dollar Tree ā€œFudge Mint Cookiesā€ were basically the same thing as Girl Scout Thin Mintsā€¦ same manufacturer, same ingredients, same taste.

So naturally, I had to investigate. šŸ•µļøā€ā™‚ļø

Picked up a box for $1.25, filmed the unboxing, and recruited loan officer extraordinaire Elliott Williams for a blind-ish taste test.

Verdict?
We both agreedā€¦ they taste IDENTICAL. šŸ˜³

The Girl Scout version may have a slightly thicker chocolate coating and darker cookie, but flavor-wise? Itā€™s the same.

The wild part:

As the temps climb here in Arizona, something else tends to pick up tooā€¦ activity at vacant homes.

Itā€™s not something most people think about, but vacant listings can become easy targets this time of year. Whether youā€™re a buyer, agent, or just curious walking through an open house, itā€™s worth slowing down and staying aware.

When Iā€™m showing homes, I treat every vacant property with a little extra caution. Quick knock. Announce myself. Take a second to listen. Stay aware of my surroundings.

Nothing dramatic, just being prepared.

Real estate is usually pretty routineā€¦ until itā€™s not. A little awareness goes a long way.
