It’s the little things... I can’t tell you how many times I show homes that have mismatched or missing lightbulbs. Making sure all fixtures have bulbs and are of the same color temperature can make a big impact on how your house will present to potential buyers.

In this current real estate market, sellers positioning themselves for success is so important. Presentation is key 🔑 for setting the tone, creating space for potential buyers to imagine themselves in that space, and drawing them in for a closer look. This is a great example of just that!
If you are considering selling your home in the near future, now is an excellent time to step back and take an objective look around. Does your home feel clean open and welcoming. Does it allow a potential buyer to imagine their things and their lives in that space?
Simple things like packing up collections and family photos into a box to be moved to your future home May be a great start. Think about what can be simplified, moved or removed to allo for visual space and flow.
You may be pleasanly surprised at how paying attention to a few details can make a big impact!

A well maintained home has so much appeal. This space is so inviting with ample natural light, soft warm neutrals and the pops of green is so welcoming.
If you are considering selling your home, now may be a great time to depersonalize, simplify, de clutter and touch up the paint.
