I’m excited to meet you! I've held a real estate license for 40 years! If you’re trying to do the math to figure out my age, I’ll help you out. I was five when I was first licensed. I was a prodigy. Who knew they offered classes on how to list and sell real estate in kindergarten! Just kidding, but I have spent my entire adult life working in real estate, enabling me to gain expertise in property

management, commercial development/leasing and over the past 27 years, in residential resale. Through those 27 years, I’ve gained vast knowledge and consider myself an expert in helping homeowners sell at the highest possible price, in the least amount of time, with the least amount of hassle! I’ve also worked with hundreds of buyers through my career and understand how to counsel my buyer clients through every critical step of the process, ensuring that they pay the least amount of money in however much time it takes! Whether I’m working with a home seller or a home buyer, I get intimately involved with my clients to make sure their experience working with me is unparalleled to any other. I pride myself on exceptional communication, diligent follow through and relentless effort. I’m good at what I do. I’m not bragging, I’m applying for a—well maybe I’m bragging a little bit. I believe every house has a story and as a published mystery writer, I can tell yours—whether you’re buying or selling! Weaving my love of discovery and humor into every deal I work on, makes working with me much more entertaining and a lot less intimidating. I will guide you through the intricacies of the process just like I guide my characters through their travails. Although I make theirs up and yours will be for real, the method is the same.
