Additionally, the MacLay Real Estate team received the Southeast Valley Association of Realtors' "Top Producing Team Award" for generating annual gross sales volume in excess of $5 million each year from 2013 through 2018. Motivated to improve her skills and stay abreast of the changes in the industry, Jen has made a commitment to building her skills and industry knowledge through continuing education earning the Certified Residential Specialist designation in 2008. Additionally, she attends a wide variety of real estate industry educational seminars across the nation and is active in the Real Estate community. Jen holds leadership positions in a variety of industry organizations. She is a long-term member of the National Association of Realtors and a member of the NAR Professional Standards and Education Committee. She served as the Chapter President for the Arizona Council of Residential Specialists (2014) and is an active member of the CRS National Leadership Development Committee. Jennifer MacLay is a native of Arizona and has lived in the Phoenix area since the early 1990's. Both of Jennifer's grandparents were real estate brokers and had successful careers in real estate. Jen earned a Bachelor Degree in Mathematics from Arizona State University and worked as a Math teacher for several years. When, MacLay Real Estate LLC was founded in 2002 by Jen's husband, Bradley MacLay, it was only natural that Jen would join the business as an agent in 2005. Then, in 2008, Brad and Jen founded an extremely successful property management business that grew from one residential property to 240 properties within ten years of operations. Jen and her husband, Brad, recently celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary. Together, they have three very active children. Their two youngest children attend elementary school in the Chandler area and their oldest child attends Mesa Community College.
