Or you could let me do some of the scrolling for you.

Because after touring enough homes, you start to recognize the difference between:

🏡 “Spacious” and technically fits a couch
🏡 “Cozy” and you can touch both walls at once
🏡 “Great potential” and this is going to be a project 😅
