Repeating her phrase three times for emphasis, Duckworth said “war is not a video game” and closed with a stark reminder: several more Americans are now dead, reminding everyone the reality of the battlefield.

America First!!!

The White House is formally backing President Trump after he threatened to block the Gordie Howe Bridge project, arguing it’s unacceptable for Canada to fully own and control a major U.S. border crossing.

At a press briefing, White House spokesperson Karoline Leavitt said the administration is demanding new terms for the bridge linking Detroit and Windsor—despite it being fully funded by Canada.

Under the revised conditions, the U.S. wants:
• At least 50% ownership of the bridge
• Shared authority over border traffic
• A share of the economic benefits
• More American-made materials used in construction

Leavitt confirmed these demands were delivered directly to Prime Minister Carney, calling it another example of President Trump putting America’s interests first.
