Family means everything to me. Having a realtor in your corner that is looking out for your best interests for you and your family is important.

Buyers, this is the best time to buy more than ever. Are interest rates higher than theyā€™ve been, Yes. BUT, there is more inventory available than ever. Homes are sitting for 96+ days giving you time to really compare homes to each other and negotiate.

Whatā€™s your take on virtual staging?

I do agree that in some cases it may be helpful for potential buyers to see how a space may be used to its full potential.

It also is substantially cheaper option than actual staging although it is beneficial to have real staging when buyers go and see a property in person.

There have some instances Iā€™ve seen listings not fully disclose staged photos or itā€™s done so much that it can make photos look in my opinion tacky and distasteful.

The housing market cooled during August, giving buyers more room to negotiate:

šŸ“ˆ Homes averaged 88 days on market
šŸ  Active inventory remained above 23,000 homes
āœļø Under-contract activity increased 4%
šŸ“Š Housing supply increased across nearly every price range

What does this mean?

Buyers may find more selection, less competition and stronger negotiating opportunitiesā€”especially above $750,000.

Sellers can still succeed, but accurate pricing, strong presentation and an effective marketing strategy are more important than ever.
