Congratulations to my incredible sellers Matt & Cheryl on the successful closing of their Gilbert home as they begin an exciting new chapter out of state!
This one was especially meaningful. I’ve known this family before their children were born, and it’s been a privilege to watch their lives grow over the years. With deep roots having lived across the street from Matt & his parents for over a decade, this sale carried a lot of personal significance.
We entered a competitive market with slower activity, which meant we had to be intentional. Together, we made strategic updates, positioned the home to stand out, and stayed aligned every step of the way. Through collaboration, communication, and trust, we found the right buyer…someone truly excited to call this home their own.
Real estate is rarely a straight path. It takes experience, adaptability, and constant attention to the market to know when to push forward and when to pivot. Behind every closing is a thoughtful strategy and a strong team effort but at its core, it’s always about people.
