📉 Rates took a dip, and so did my energy with peak week! 😂💪🏽

For those who don’t know, peak week is the final week leading up to a bodybuilding competition. It’s when we fine-tune our nutrition, training, and recovery to bring the best possible physique to the stage. After months of intense training, strict dieting, and discipline, this is the final stretch! 🏆👙
