A PROMISE is a PROMISE.

Ok so I have been pushing this post off for a few reasons...

One I just dont feel comfortable sharing this...

But I said I would,

I really think I'm not the only one going through this........
and really want to help anyone else who is...

I Want to let hem know they can overcome IT!
and any anything else.

This weekend was HARD!
I mean one I havent had for little while. I get this weird feeling of anxiety and feel really nervous and it feels horrible and can destroy alot...

BUT This weekend I was determined not to let it effect me, and man it's an ever lasting war but I won this battle.

It was shaky at first...

I was l getting frustrated and couldn't figure it out. But then my amazing baby girl reminded me. "You know your mind set skills"
And I did.

BUT When your in the situation you forget...

Your to close to the problem to see the solution.

Once you step back.
Review the facts, use your body to push your mind forward and dont back down you will be OK.

Because if you do get knocked down ITS OK.

the only thing that's NOT OK

is when you allow it to be a Reason for you to NOT create The Life you want.

Becasue here's the thing.......everything happens for a reason!

God has faith in you, he had enough faith you to make you stronger......To push you farther.....

HE had faith it WOULD NOT BREAK YOU!!!

SO have Faith he will guide you!!

USE the emotions he sparked in you to do something amazing!!!

I truly feel the ANXIETY! the DEPRESSION, the ANGER all of it is there to TELL YOU!!

YOUR NOT DONE!!!!

MAKE A CHANGE!!!!!!

DONT BE OK WITH IT............. CHANGE IT!
