Jeff came from humble beginnings in Northwest Indiana, where his father was an electrician and his mother a homemaker. In 1987, his family moved to Phoenix when he was a senior in high school. Jeff was raised in a home with a deep respect for our country. His dad served in the army in Vietnam, and both of Jeff's grandfathers served in WWII. In the nineties, Jeff spent six years in the Naval Reserv
es after graduating from the University of Arizona. Jeff enrolled in classes to obtain his MBA to keep learning and become more marketable. He earned that degree at the young age of twenty-five. In Jeff's first career, between 1995 and 2002, he led large corporate organizations at Intel Corporation. He was given many awards for his leadership abilities at Intel Corporation. Jeff felt it was time to make a significant change and do something he had always wanted. He yearned to develop people and help clients with their real estate transactions. Since 2002, Jeff and his team have sold over 1,000 homes. So, between his new home career, where he sold and supervised agents that sold thousands of transactions, and his resale career, Jeff has seen almost everything in residential real estate. In 2002, Jeff started his career in real estate at KB Home, where he was the top agent in the Phoenix metro area. He was quickly promoted to Regional Sales Manager, overseeing East Valley operations at KB Home Phoenix. After his stint at KB Home Phoenix, Jeff had an ownership stake in a Keller Williams franchise where he was the CEO/Team Leader. Jeff took that franchise from 89 agents to 250 between 2004 and 2008. In 2009, Jeff successfully launched United Brokers Group in Chandler, AZ. UBG was known as the best real estate company to work for in 2013 in Phoenix by several publications. Jeff sold his interests in United Brokers Group in 2015 after he grew the company to 250 agents. After United Brokers Group, Jeff was asked to be an operations director at a company in Phoenix, Reliant Title. This experience rounded out Jeff's vast experience in the real estate industry. In 2018, Jeff returned to the career he loves: developing real estate agents at eXp Realty. He is now an Associate Broker and Certified Mentor with eXp Realty, and his organization has 150+ agents across 11 states in the United States. Jeff leads by serving others. He has always believed in the concept of servant leadership and employs it daily. He is a sought-after speaker when organizations want to make positive changes. Jeff is passionate about helping other agents grow their businesses, and through eXp Realty's platform, real estate agents can become owners! He currently has over 150+ agents in his organization. eXp has changed how agents and brokers are compensated by owning a piece of the company through stock acquisition and participating in Revenue Share. Jeff is creating a legacy that will go on for generations. His greatest and proudest achievement is his 30-year marriage to his amazing wife, Alex, and their two children. Jeff is also very involved in the community and loves to coach youth sports. You will probably catch him working out, hiking, or doing home improvement projects when he isn't developing agents.
