Have you seen this beautiful home in the heart of Payson! The views are incredible and has the perfect entertainment layout throughout the home.
When you enter the home you walk into this beautiful large living room with floor to ceiling glass windows. The living room will lead you out to the large wraparound deck from the guest room to the main bedroom.
If you know anything about the 4th of July in Payson you can only imagine how great the fireworks are from this deck!
Upstairs you will find the large open kitchen with an eat in kitchen area. On the left of the living room you will find one full bathroom and two guest bedrooms with one bedroom leading to the deck. On the right side of the living room is the large main bedroom with incredible views and private seating area on the deck. The main bedroom has a large walk in bathroom, two sinks, walk in shower and walk in closet.
The stairs in between the kitchen and living room lead you downstairs to the walk in laundry room and two single car garages on each side. There is a large mother in-law suite with amazing views of the trees and wildlife. The downstairs contains a media room which the furnishings convey. There is also a game room which the furnishings convey as well minus the fireplace. The game room has double doors out to the lower covered patio, a beautiful place to sit and unwind every weekend!
You have to see this place for yourself to really soak in the views and the possibilities with this home.

Highly recommend being a tourist for a day around Arizona. We road tripped up to Williams to Bearizona and Canyon Coaster and finished our day off at our favorite spots in Payson. 🌲🪵
