If you’re in real estate you are gonna want to read this. For 7 years now I have grown in this game, almost doubling revenue most years. Starting as just a single agent, to then a top team leader, to business owner, to now 5 companies. The sad truth is that knowing my numbers was always hit or miss for me. I’d hire a Bookeeping company, and it was never a true connection to them understanding MY business and REAL ESTATE. Especially flipping. Fast forward to today. After retaining REI Bookkeeping and dove deep into my numbers and I finally truly have my arms around my revenue for the first time in a long time, and am not running the classic oh s**t I have a lot of money oh s**t I’m low approach. If this is you, do yourself a favor and hit them up. Knowing your numbers is by far one of the most important variables in your business if you want to increase profitability and grow. Don’t be like me, do it sooner lol also look at this dope welcome box they got us and the onesie ❤️
