The Federal Reserve raised rates again yesterday. This is the highest hike in rates since 2008. If you have been on the fence on buying or selling a home the time to do it is now. They will continue to raise rates aggressively throughout the year making the home you want less and less affordable.

The National Association of Realtors is warning that this could have big impact on the direction buyers choose when shopping for real estate. Economists are warning that with every interest rate hike an entire group of people are being eliminated who can no longer afford to buy a house.
