The Phoenix metro market is currently in a balancing phase. While buyers have more choices than they did a year ago, most cities are still considered seller's markets based on the Cromford Market Index (CMI).

📊 What's happening right now?
• 11 cities are trending toward buyers
• 7 cities are trending toward sellers
• Inventory is beginning to decline, which could strengthen the market as we move through June

🏆 Top Seller's Markets
• Fountain Hills (CMI 164)
• Chandler (CMI 153)
• Scottsdale (CMI 130)
• Phoenix (CMI 126)
• Paradise Valley (CMI 123)

📈 Biggest gains this month
Paradise Valley (+16%), Cave Creek (+10%), and Scottsdale (+5%) showed the strongest movement toward sellers.
