He answered our questions, explained the process clearly, gave us realistic and honest advice, and helped us understand not only the loan itself but also the housing market and what to expect throughout the process.
Gustavo is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, down-to-earth, and easy to work with. He was always pleasant, professional, and straightforward with us.
