Off Market Closing in Waconia! 🎉

We love this story! These clients contacted us in December with the hopes of making a move to be closer to family in California!

We got the home prepped, photos taken, and started marketing the home within our Realtor network. After several off market showings, we had an offer! The sellers still got the price they were hoping for, and the buyers were ecstatic. ALL without ever going on the MLS.

Both sellers worked from home, and have the cutest pup. So less time out of the house, while still being happy with the terms was a total win win!

When they originally met with us in January, they said realistically moving in the fall would probably be how timing would work out. We asked if we got it done before April, would they be up for it, and they were all in. Challenge accepted and we are all sold on their home and closed on their new home in mid-March!

Things always work out exactly how they are supposed to! 🙌🏼

Being a Realtor, work still takes place between Pilates class and Daycare pickup!

For part 3 of our marketing plan, which is Agent-to-Agent marketing- one step is that we commit to making phone calls exactly like this for every single home we sell.

Did you know we have access to a report that tells us the names and phone numbers of every Realtor showing homes in any price range and any city in MN?

We actively use this report to make friendly phone calls like these to market our listing directly to other Realtors.

We don’t wait for them to eventually see our listing or hope their client finds it online- if they are already showing homes in our city (or in this case nearby cities) they will be receiving a phone call from myself or Sue.

For this specific listing, I had already called everyone who has been searching in Waconia- but we wanted to think outside the box and go to Carver as clients do go back and forth between cities. For agents searching in Carver between $475k-$500k, I had 17 phone calls I made! 📲

This is a service that I know for a fact other Realtors are not doing and what makes Sue and I stand out! We continuously provide the highest quality service and would only expect the same if we were clients ourselves. 🙌🏼
