Summer vacations are wrapping up, school is back in session, and we’re entering a part of the market that sometimes gets overlooked!
For buyers, that can mean less competition and a little more breathing room to make a decision. For sellers, there are still serious buyers looking and with fewer homes competing for their attention, a well prepared home can stand out!😍
Here’s something I always remind my clients:
✨ You don’t need to perfectly “time” the real estate market. You need to make a move when it makes sense for your life, your finances, and your goals!
