What is the process to become a Real Estate Agent?

Successfully complete the Principles and Practices of Real Estate for Salespersons course with an approved education provider. Upon passing the course final exams you will then be able to schedule your real estate salesperson exam with PSIExams. After passing your state licensing exams you will need to affiliate with a real estate firm in order to have your license activated. Should you choose to affiliate with Long & Foster Real Estate Inc., you will join our post-license training program, Launch®, which will teach you the practical aspects of actually listing and selling properties. Following the classroom and field training, you will be fully prepared to Launch® into a successful real estate career.
