Half of Northern Virginia homes sold above list price last week. 🏡

We pulled the latest Cardinal Title contract data — 269 fresh deals across the region — and 49% of NoVA homes went under contract above asking. Another 31% landed right at list. Speed picked up too, with 30% going pending in under a week.
But here's the interesting part: while sellers are winning on price, buyers quietly clawed back some ground on terms. Inspection waivers dropped 9 points in one week, and seller subsidies nearly doubled.
