One thing people usually ask when they’re thinking about selling their home is “Should I make upgrades before I list my house?” Here’s some info on one of my favorite places…the Kitchen! An article posted on https://curbio.com/spaces/kitchen-updates/remodel-costs-roi discussed the return on investment (ROI) of kitchen remodels. You might be surprised!

I’ll just give my personal opinion here. When I walk into a home with a beautiful kitchen, I believe I would make the BEST. Chef. EVER! Reality though? I strongly dislike cooking. 😂🤣 I honestly forgot about the flight of stairs I had to climb at my house because I loved my kitchen so much! Trust story! 😂
