There's no better feeling than being able to help someone resolve an extremely burdensome problem. Operating this way removes any sense of guilt from me profiting as I enter into the situation purely from the standpoint of me looking to genuinely help.

In this specific case the homeowner will be able to put this property problem behind them, I'll covered his closing costs and put money into his pocket. I'll also assist his with moving the items he wanted to take.
