Some move quickly, some do not. After 14 months on the market and a lot of obstacles, this home and 81 acres changed hands today. The last month was solely devoted to dealing with a windmill lease that protected the windmill company really really well, but not the current owners or new buyers at all. Valorie was a rockstar and was able to get the lease terminated so the property could change hands. We couldn't have done any of this without great clients trusting the process.
