Rose hails from Virginia Beach, VA, a small military town where her father served as a lieutenant in the Navy. After graduating from the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech, she set her sights on New York City where she worked on The Late Show with David Letterman. Rose’s relentless work ethic served her well in the entertainment industry, where attention to detail isn’t just an attribute, it’s the default setting. Her involvement on shows like Trading Spaces and The Late Show eventually led her to Comcast NBC Universal, where she went from being behind the scenes to behind the business, spearheading partnerships with artists like Taylor Swift and Katy Perry.

Rose initially moved to North Carolina to be closer to family. With her experience negotiating contracts with the likes of HBO Max and Netflix, she negotiated her way into her next dream home. That initial spark quickly ignited into a flame when she and her husband opened a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy in Chapel Hill, where she met many of her then-future Bold colleagues.
