When Mouse and I bought our home in 2002, it was late October. That first Halloween, we ran out of candy. So I grabbed what we had in the cupboard: Ramen Noodles. The kids loved it - and they still do. Now there's a whole new generation of trick-or-treaters who come for the Ramen. It's fun.

One of the great things about living here is the opportunity to work with talented college interns. I realized early on that it's a two-way street. I learn as much from students as they hopefully learn from me. As this semester comes to a close, Gabriela finishes her project with Mouse and me and in this blog she dishes about the kitchen, farmers' markets, and real estate. Wishing her and James much success as they look toward graduation this spring!

The best part about real estate is the "real." Real people and real connections. We just helped two amazing human beings find a home in Chapel Hill. We can't wait for them to move to town.
