Unauthorized Vehicles parked at Howell: Tenants should call Robert's cell: 919-697-1023 and he will call Barnes Towing. They will be out immediately to tow unauthorized vehicles. All authorized vehicles need BLUE HowellStreet.com parking stickers. Tenants should make sure that their guests park along the retaining wall at 221 Howell, not in 221 Howell designated parking spaces or anywhere at 201 Howell. It costs $100 in cash to retrieve a towed vehicle.
