I hear people, including myself, say in this rocket hot market, I'd sell my house but I don't have anywhere to go! We have created a form that allows the seller to list and sell their home with the agreement that the seller has a negotiated period of time to find a new home and if they can the contract goes forward and if they can't everyone walks away.
