• So, is she experienced? Kim got her real estate license in 1997 (dang, how old is she?!) when she owned a few rental properties, and had a marketing/graphic design career. Despite having to evict a tenant, Kim found real estate so intriguing th
at she made it her full time career in 2005. It was the perfect fit and she still loves it (almost) every day! That means 17 years of experience in your corner to ensure you have the best buying and selling experience.
• What does she know about the Triangle? Kim has been in the Triangle area almost her whole life. She grew up in Raleigh (shout out to Broughton High School!), then was the black sheep of the family who graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill, while the rest of the clan are NC State alumni. Kim then lived in Charlotte, and has been back in Chapel Hill since 2000. She loves showing buyers all the favorite local spots. She can offer input on schools, neighborhoods, pools, parks, trails, summer camps, best restaurants, coffee shops - you name it, she's got it!
• OK, I’m intrigued, but give me one good reason to hire her. We could bore you with Kim's other great qualities here, but what really makes her different? When she says she's going to do something, she does it, period. Nine out of ten clients think that's a pretty big deal.
