Bold ( ) ajd.: standing out distinctly
The BOLD Group is a conglomerate of successful businesses and services that share common ownership and business philosophy. The BOLD Group's expertise spans all aspects of real estate, including real estate development, general contracting, property management, general brokerage and real estate investment. In addition to real estate related companies, the BOLD Group includes companies with local ties and overlapping business principals outside of real estate, specifically: an eclectic coffee shop, bar & grill that serves as the local area gathering place, and an environmentally friendly self storage facility. BOLD is a simple but powerful name that is used to truly represent the group of companies beneath it. The BOLD Group is firmly invested in and values the local Chatham County area, establishing multiple businesses in the county and helping increase the tax base. Not only do the businesses provide employment opportunities, but they offer places of enjoyment and numerous area resources. Whether it’s creating office space for other professionals or developing its own company profile through its endeavors, the BOLD Group offers support and a tried and true entrepreneur knowledge base. The BOLD Group believes in not only doing business in a community, but being a part of the community. Owners of the various BOLD Group companies reside in the communities that BOLD Group serves. The BOLD Group gives back to the community through volunteering, serving on boards, donating, and holding fundraisers, just to name a few. Members of the BOLD Group live here, work here and love it here. With each business extension, the BOLD Group remains focused on the client, offering top-notch customer service and personal care for every individual and their needs. But the job must be done distinctly. Be BOLD.
