I moved to Chapel Hill in 1985 to attend UNC for my undergraduate and graduate studies, and I have enjoyed living in and around Chapel Hill ever since! Having rented, bought, sold, and built homes in Orange and Chatham counties, I am intimately familiar with the area, which has fueled my desire to help others find their perfect home in the local market. Along with my husband, who works for the University, and my two wonderful children, I greatly enjoy living in this incredible community. As a previous high school counselor and substitute teacher in the Chapel Hill City Schools, I have developed extensive knowledge of the school system and family friendly networks. My work at Duke University in the financial aid department, gave me experience analyzing financial data in a problem solving way. In the last four years, I have worked with short-term real estate rentals which has given me experience in marketing, property management, contract negotiation and customer service. I also have the resources to locate top notch agents all over the world to assist with transacations outside of our market.
