Our Story
Teresa Moody, called "TC" by her friends, was born and raised here in the Midlands of South Carolina. She currently makes her home on Lake Murray, with her husband, John. They are active in church activities and enjoy just spending time with friends and family. A typical evening often consists of sitting on the porch while watching geese glide across the water as they land on the lake just before sunset.
TC began her career in the credit field, moving on to the finance business, mortgage lending, and real estate. Throughout the years, she and John have bought and sold many homes. They have rehabbed distressed properties for resale, as well as purchased and still today maintain several rental properties of their own. Together they also manage the family’s electrical contracting business.
TC spent several years as a real estate agent with a local real estate agency before deciding to move forward and obtain her own broker’s license. In 2016, Carolina Crossroads Realty, Inc. was born! TC is the BIC, or Broker-In-Charge, and also owner of the company. Carolina Crossroads Realty, Inc. serves the South Carolina Midlands area, including Lake Murray, Chapin, Leesville, Lexington, Columbia, Blythewood, and Elgin. Clients are cherished and given exception service and attention while dealing with what is likely one of the largest financial decisions of their lives.
