The best stories on Lake Murray don’t start with a “To-Do” list — they start with a sunrise. 🌅

Imagine waking up at 313 Regatta Rd. and watching the fog lift off the water before the rest of the world is awake. By noon, you’re not worrying about errands, you’re grabbing the cooler, hopping on the boat, and meeting friends at Liberty for lunch. 🛥️ 🍔

But it gets wilder: During World War II, this wasn’t a vacation spot. It was a training ground for B-25 Mitchell bombers. ✈️

I don’t normally post about my real estate closings, but today was one of my favorites in almost 11 years. At 9, I closed with two of my favorite clients ever. True good people. I’ve made new friends for life with them. They were an absolute joy!

At 1, I had a full circle moment. In May, I received a call from an unknown number asking if he had the Realtor, Allison Parler. When I confirmed, he said “you sold my dad a home in Lexington. He has since passed and I want you to sell it for me.” The home I sold his dad was my first transactions ever. This man took a risk on me and started my real estate career. To then be able to close out that chapter of his life was a true honor. Some days I’m reminded of why I do what I do!
