Closing day 🥂 for a beautiful family - making the move from their apartment in the city to a gorgeous renovated Tudor in Eastchester. The kids spent this past winter playing with “community” snow ❄️ in the park… and their dream was to have their own snow to build snowmen in their backyard ⛄️ Lots of new memories to be made year-round in a gorgeous garden with fruit trees, flowers, and a giant hammock. Just in time for the summer BBQs… you are all going to LOVE living in the ‘burbs 🤍
