Sold and Closed! Had my 1st closing of the year last week with the one and only Luke Hilpert Esq on my side helpig me and the seller navigate a sticky deal. It was a tricky one involving helping the sellers prep the house, getting their estate un-stuck from probate, needing a new building dept CofO and then the buyers bank requesting deck repairs. We got through it getting the seller almost 10% over the asking price and all without any harm and right on time per the contract. Pumped for a lot more closing like this one in 2024!
