Most people think Realtors spend their day unlocking doors.

In reality, we're part therapist, part negotiator, part project manager, part Uber driver, and whatever else our clients need that day.

It's one of the reasons no two days in real estate are ever alike.

Allow me to translate some common real estate terminology:

“Cozy” = You can operate the oven from bed.

“Bring your imagination” = Bring a contractor.

“Original condition” = Nothing has changed since the Nixon administration. The Roman Colosseum may be in better shape.

“One of a kind” = The Cybertruck of real estate.

“Motivated seller” = Real estate panhandling.

“Won’t last” = Please hurry. The listing agent has weekend plans. 😂

The good news? Length doesn't always equal serious problems.
