Well the Ohio polls are closed... flthis was my first time working at the polls.... what a lovely, fun, amazing, rewarding experience...I worked Middlefield Village Geauga County with 9 of the nicest people...checked in at 5.30 am... and out at 8.45 pm. Best decision I made to work polls...my amazing sister Devon Stalzer Booth has been working polls for like 15 years (maybe longer). Everyone should try it, if you have time. We worked super hard moving everyone thru...Took a few breaks for carrots and broccoli, alittle cheesecake and some pizza. I kindof dreaded that long of a work day, but the time flew by. No incidents, no unruly people, alot of first time voters (great to see that), just nice considerate people doing their civic duty. Whether your people win or lose, please let's all keep that momentum going. In a world where you can be anything, Let's choose to be nice.
