Sometimes things work out just as they should. As they say ~ when one door closes, another one opens ~ And this seemed to be the case all around. Sellers and Buyers were very kind and appreciative of each other. Agreeable to terms that worked out for all. REALTORS were accommodating, accessible, knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. Many pieces to the puzzle on this one and they all fell into place. It's a pleasure to have clients that become friends, and it's an honor to be a part of their exciting new chapter.
