Hey everyone! Thank you for joining me here on my page. A little bit about myself...hmmm. Well for starters I have been in the business now for close to 2 years. I have always loved working with the public in general since I first started in retail at age 17 all the way up until I was 31. Retail life has really helped me learn people better and has given me an edge on when clients are happy and have concerns, making me almost a self proclaimed expert through the years. Reading the unspoken thoughts of others through body language and facial expressions is a gift and one thing for sure, energy never lies and makes it easier for me to address concerns! I'm married to a great woman, I am a father of two amazing crazy boys that I love to let consume my off time with sports and many other activities. I love to eat great food (tacos are life) and spend time outdoors when possible. Let's see... I love to travel and watch comedies, you will find I love to laugh and keep a good sense of humor. I do like the idea of working out although I have lacked a ton these past few months. Ill work on that though because you know what they say, health is wealth! That pretty much sums it up for me on the personal level. I'm an easy going guy!
Now for the business side! Real Estate for some agents is a hobby, to me this is my life. I’ve always taken great pride in helping people with whatever problems they faced throughout the years. You see in the world of retail, you take on many roles in finding solutions for people. You create relationships working alongside others to find what they most need and help them lay out the options and decide what they want. A lot of these traits have made it very easy for me to focus no longer on the sale of a product, but devote 100% of my time and energy working alongside others to find what matters the most. The have to haves and the absolute no’s. Choosing the right location, helping them to envision where to lay out the furniture. Picturing themselves spending time with families in the new spacious basement. Real estate to me is more than a transaction. It is forming a bond with people and helping them into the biggest asset of their life. There are a lot of steps in the process of real estate buying and selling. From all of the time spent together viewing properties, helping you understand terms in a contract to negotiations on inspections, my priority is making sure we stay we on the same page and information is crystal clear. I will work diligently to make sure your best interest is at hand. Choosing me to work with you is an absolute privilege and an honor because this is truly the most expensive purchase you can make that will someday bring you a return on your investment. If any of you have questions my phone is always on and open for you. Its not just a business to me, I take this personal because what could possibly be more personal than dealing with where you will live? Nonetheless, I am easy to get ahold of.
